Perfect for slicing meat, fish and vegetables. The “tanto” cutting edge is slightly curved towards the tip and flatter towards the heel for comfortable chopping. The cutting edge is sharpened up to a grit of 2000 which is very versatile for both vegetables with peels and proteins with the skin. This edge is also easy to sharpen with a ceramic rod as this is usually 2000 grit.
